Description: a silver tabby American Shorthair, her pelt is nearly to the point of being metallic. Her eyes are dark blue, (though they flash on occasion, seeming to be "demonic") and rarely show anything but what she wants to be seen. A slightly longer tail than most, which helps keep the speedy warrior balance
Personality: To put it simply - rogue-ish. She's split in two, by the side Draganic tore and the side Snakebite saved. Hates to show emotion, and hates emotion shown. She's constantly fighting to keep control of who she is, but she recognises that she can't do it alone. However, she won't let anyone near her unless she trusts them - a hard thing to earn, to be sure. Hugely flirtatious, but rarely means it. Mostly used to get close to toms before striking (a rogue thing her mother and Draganic taught her.)
History: Soon after her birth, her father left the Clan to become a kittypet, telling her mother that it was because he wasn't good enough for her. Really, it was because of Heartbreak's eyes. Sweetdream, her mother, became a venomous she-cat, hating toms (stupid, really, but true) and taught Heartbreak to do the same. Heartbreak learned - but never really listened. She seemed to have fallen in love with a tom her age, Tempestpaw, even though they were both apprentices. However, soon before they would have recieved their warrior names, there was a terrible battle, and Tempestpaw was killed. *see IC* In pain and despair the apprentice Heartpaw ran from the Clan, calling herself Heartbreak. A handsome rogue tom, Draganic, became her "mentor" until she was found by her last Clan mentor - Snakebite. Snakebite, surprisingly wasn't angry with Heartbreak - she even convinced the now-rogue to come back to the Clan. After all, even Loststar wanted his neice back. However, the side Draganic had a hold of, that her mother had started, didn't go away. Finally... the Clan awoke to find their leader dead, and Heartbreak gone. Snakebite, soon to become Snakestar, merely stared in wonder. She had warned the leader to be wary of Heart, but Lost wouldn't listen. Family ties blind you.
Currently, she's running from Draganic's shadow, trying to find a new Clan to fit in. Hoping against hope that she would become just a normal cat... and yet scared of the prospect.
NOTE: I forgot to add this - Sweetdream became a rogue before Tempestpaw died, but was killed by none other than Draganic. So, yeah...
IC: A yowl of pain made Heartpaw leap around, fear showing plainly in her face. She lept at the attacker, but the damage was done. Dark eyes flashed as she looked at the tom at her feet. His natural pelt was snow white, though once could hardly tell with the blood surrounding him. "Heart...paw?" he murmured, barely able to speak. "I'm here," came her tense reply. "Don't die, Heartpaw. It isn't your time to follow me." With that, his eyes glazed over. She hissed, slicing his eyes closed. Tempestpaw, how could you? she thought, sadness fueling her fury. I thought you loved me. But no, love is merely an emotion that should never have grabbed hold of the apprentice, for it had weakened her. And she couldn't be weak.
She remembered her mother's scoffing words when Sweetdream realized her daughter's change. "You fool, you idiot. He has caught you in his snare, but he shall leave." And he had. Her mother had been right all along. She fled, along the edge of the forest, heading away, away from here. No longer would she call herself Heartpaw - no, now she would be Heartbreak, the siren. She could never go back.
